CGR believes in catering Individual attention to students as every student has a different set of skills, with varying strengths and weaknesses.
CGR staff, to increase efficiency in teaching and learning, practices the following:
Staff use their knowledge and ‘Highlight individual strengths of students.
Catch up on pending work of absentees.
Remember few facts of students that stand out about each one (siblings and their hobbies)
Start class with a ‘Pep’ talk (short a dialogue, warm ups or ice breakers)
Arrive early to welcome each student with a smile or a greeting.
