It’s amazing to think about the multitude of animals that are coexisting with us on this planet. From the tiny flea to the huge blue whale, each animal owns some unique qualities that make it stand out from others.

  • Ostrich
    Did you know that Ostriches are fast runners and can run faster than horses? The male ostriches can roar like lions. You’ll be surprised to know that an ostrich’s eye is bigger than its brain.
  • Kangaroo
    Kangaroos, the world’s largest marsupials use their tails to balance their bodies. If the tail of a Kangaroo is lifted off the ground then it can’t hop. It is interesting to know that these animals can’t fart.
  • Tiger
    Tigers have stripes not only on their fur, they also have striped skin. Their stripes are like the fingerprints of the humans and no two tigers have the same pattern of strips.
  • Elephant
    Elephants are the only animals that can smell water from a distance of 3 miles. Interestingly, they are one of the three mammals that undergo menopause. The other two are humans (female) and humpback whales. Elephants are also the only animal in the world that can’t jump.
  • Squirrel
    Did you know that Squirrels plant thousands of trees each year unknowingly? This happens because these small creatures forget where they drop their acorns.

    One of the most interesting facts about our most trusted friends i.e. dong is that when playing with female puppies, the male puppies often let the formers win, even after being physically stronger than them.

    A few reptiles can breathe underwater and the unique feature in a turtle is that it can breathe through its butt. The process via which it extracts oxygen from water through its backside is called cloacal respiration.
  • Cow
    Researchers have proved that cows also have best friends like humans. They get stressed when separated. They are one of the most social animals and often form close bonds with other cows in their herd.
  • Penguin
    Funny, but an amazing fact! Around 3% of the ice in Antarctic glaciers is penguin urine. Despite their small stature and low undercarriage, the penguins can pee like a horse.
  • Frog
    It is a lesser known fact that frogs cannot vomit. If one tries to vomit then it has to spew out its entire stomach.
