That legacy now inspires us to take forward a new chapter with CGR Academy, a campus where academic excellence meets emotional well-being, and where every child’s individuality is nurtured.
For me, this journey is more than history; it is a living chain of trust, values, and responsibility. Each step we take reflects the faith that families have placed in us. It is this trust that strengthens our vision and drives our commitment to create meaningful learning experiences.
Looking ahead, my plan is to build an education ecosystem that blends academic excellence with critical thinking, life skills, and global readiness. In doing so, we prepare our children not just to succeed in examinations, but to thrive in life as confident and compassionate individuals.
We remain firmly anchored in the values of integrity, equality, and excellence. These are not just ideals, but guiding principles that shape every decision we make, every child we welcome, and every promise we fulfill.
Our mission is simple yet powerful: to build a future where every student is seen, every effort is celebrated, and every dream is supported. With dedicated teachers, a progressive curriculum, and a nurturing environment, we aim to prepare our children not just for academic success, but for life itself.

GREEN IS THE NEW GOLD: Kameswarii Dewi Nookala (8A)
For centuries, gold has symbolized wealth, power, and success. But in today’s world, the real treasure is not found in mines—it is found in the green that surrounds us, our forests, our rivers, our clean air, and our fertile soil. Truly, green is the new gold.
Unfortunately, this treasure is being wasted. Deforestation, rising pollution, and climate change are stripping the Earth of its riches. The air we breathe is becoming toxic, rivers are having less water and more plastic, and the fertile land is turning barren. If this continues, no amount of money will be able to provide us with the necessities of our daily life.
The good news is that the solution lies in our hands. Simple steps like planting more trees, using sufficient water and taking steps to reduce pollution can lead to a better future for us and a better life for the future generations. Gold is an earthly pleasure, it gives us satisfaction and happiness for a brief period of time but green—the trees, the shrubs and the forests give us the amount of happiness which no amount of gold or luxury can ever give. Protecting nature is not just an environmental duty—it is an investment in our survival.
Let us remember, in the future, gold will have no worth, luxuries will have no worth, only the trees, the rivers and the nature will have worth and it is our duty to protect it. So, let us make a promise, not only to Mother Earth but to ourselves and our future generations that we will make a future where green will not be a scarcity but a necessity that will be there in abundance.

A HIDDEN GENIUS
Once upon time there lived a girl named Leocadia Zephyr and she is from Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, Iceland and Cinque Terre, Italy. She loved reading and writing books. One day, because of a fire accident at her school she had to move to another school named Ørestad Gymnasium (Copenhagen, Denmark). When she came there she was disliked by all others because of her appearance as a geek girl. She used to sleep in other classes and watch something in her phone in computer, arts, dance, gymnasium and music and she was not good at either of them so she was known as the nerd and was bullied for it. The only class she really enjoyed was the computers class as she could watch my phone without anybody disturbing her as the computer sir just couldn't see her doing something under the desk while teaching the class. She used to be my partner in that class and believe me I like the others thought she was a bad girl. Slowly as we got to know each other we became best friends and I got to know something that awestruck me. One day, in computer class we got to know that someone had stolen all the data of the school and was threatening to leak it. Everyone were allowed to take back the data including Leocadia. She quickly got up and began typing in fast codes and completed or recovered the whole data in less than ten seconds. It seemed it was a person from another class who had been doing this because he wanted to show off and Leocadia was trying to stop him for ages but refused to listen and got expelled. She also turned out to be excellent in other activities too. Leocadia was awarded the bravery award from the chief minister and was allowed to skip class and go help the nation. Leocadia got braveness and we all got a valuable lesson.
Moral: Never underestimate anyone around you. Everyone has the power to surprise anyone at any point of time.

ECHOES OF KINDNESS
Aarav was a quiet boy. He didn’t really hang out with anyone much. One morning, he was rushing down the school corridor with his books stacked in his arms when—oops—they slipped and fell everywhere. Meena, who was passing by, quickly ran over. “Here… uh, let me help,” she said, picking up his heavy math book. Aarav looked kind of embarrassed and muttered, “Oh… thanks.” He didn’t usually get help like that, and for some reason it made him feel a little… noticed.
A few days later, Meena was carrying a huge pile of notebooks and almost dropped them all. Out of nowhere, Aarav stepped forward. “I’ll take a few,” he said, grabbing some of the books from her hands. She laughed a little. “Finally returning the favor, huh?” he just shrugged, smiling a bit. It felt nice. Weirdly nice.
After that, they started noticing small things around them—people holding doors, picking up something someone dropped, sharing little smiles in the hall. Nothing huge, but it made the day feel lighter somehow. Aarav didn’t make a big deal out of it, Meena didn’t either. They just kept helping others whenever possible. And that seemed just enough.
MORAL: Helping others, even in little ways, can build connections and make life better for everyone.
LOST OR WON?
There were two villages. Rampur and Sompur . There were two lazy workers Ram and Bheem, they were from Rampur. They often get fired for whatever job they do because they don't work. The village shows pity on them and gives them Rs5000/- every month each. Once a traveler from sompur was tired and was resting under a shady tree. Ram and Bheem wanted to prank the traveler. So, they went to him and bet. They both said” Traveler, we want to challenge you.” the traveler agreed. They said” They three should share their unusual experiences in front of a crowd and if anyone does not believe what they said, they win!” They began the challenge.
Ram started. He said” When I was a baby, I transformed into a lion to get food for my family. "Everyone acted like they believed. Bheem said "When I was hungry, I jumped onto a cupboard to eat the snacks my mother hid. I ate everything. My tummy was full, so I couldn’t get down. I spotted a ladder, I got it and came down. If the ladder wasn’t there, I would’ve died!” Everyone acted as if they believed it. Now it was the traveler’s turn. He said “When i was plucking flowers in my garden, two boys came out. Their names were Ram and Bheem. They were lazy. They should work for me because they came from my garden. I am searching for them and i found them. ” The stupids were cornered, if everyone believed they should work for him but if they did not, they lost. The traveler gave them a last chance and left them.

THE SAMURAI
A long time ago, there lived an old wise samurai. He knew almost all kinds of arts except one. It was called Genesis. It was the oldest art, and no one knew about it very much. It was the power to move any object. You would think it was very easy for a samurai to do it. But with the rise of new arts, everyone forgot about it. The samurai has a story: So, when he was young, He wanted to travel around the whole world, but one day his life was in danger. A mime (fictional, an octopus-like creature) was trying attack him and suddenly, a samurai came and saved him. From that day on, he also wanted to become a samurai to protect himself and others. He trained with the samurai who had protected him and learned every skill except that one.
He worked very hard and became one of the strongest and wisest samurai in the world. He even pulled the Excalibur (the most powerful sword known to man) from the old and hard rock. He got great fame but still didn’t know how to do genesis. He tried every single trick his master told but failed until...... He used to always tell his disciples this story. Once a young-looking man came to his cottage and said “O, wise samurai, I want to learn these skills.” The samurai taught him everything he knew. After a few years, He knew everything, and the disciple asked him about genesis. The master told him that no one had ever figured that out. The disciple mysteriously left the very next day. The master thought that it was a co-incidence, but the disciple returned literally after 3 whole years.
He used the genesis after he came back to the cottage. The master was shocked, Then the young man revealed that he was once the greatest samurai alive in his past life. He taught him the genesis as his fees and said that God gave him one last chance to revive the Genesis style back to humans!

IF I HAD A MAGIC LAMP I WOULD WISH FOR
It was a sunny day when I was roaming in the garden, suddenly, under the apple blossom tree I found something glittering, I went there as it seemed to look like a lamp. The lamp was small but heavy and was old. "Wow! I found a lamp" jumped in excitement. I wondered if it's a magical lamp.
I started thinking about the wish I could ask the lamp." A PirateT!" I thought that I must be a pirate and win wars to reach the treasure island such as gunfights, swordfights & narrow escapes, At the end I should reach the treasure and return to the beginning and show my friends that found treasure.
"Or maybe an Astronaut!! I should go to space and discover something new that the world's top scientists have not yet discovered.”
"Or maybe to be a Superhero!! who could save the world". The list went on...I was into the world of wishes and I was in the space and suddenly became a superhero and started flying into the sky.
A mosquito bit me I shouted "Ouch!!" then I realised that I was daydreaming. Before I could decide what to wish for, I accidentally rubbed the lamp. To my surprise nothing came out. This time I rubbed again hoping to see the blue giant genie come out, but nothing happened. I was sad and disappointed, but I enjoyed my dream.

IN 25 YEARS
In this article we assume all the major changes that will occur in the next 25 years.
Social media-This is gonna be a major change, social media is already very popular and is going to be popular throughout the next century or so. Social media platforms like youtube, facebook, instagram, twitter, snapchat etc. Take over most of our time on a common man’s smart phone. One of the most popular social media star MrBeast (440Million+ followers ) is expected to be the first person in history to get 500M followers. Maybe, who knows 1bil- lion followers might be common in the future!
AI - AI (like Alexa), we think of it as just our regular helper like helping us re- member dates (by keeping alarms), solving simple problems when we really need it or just saying facts when we are a little bit curious. Some people are even predicting that AI can tell about our personality, on and off switches when we are lazy in the near future. Some of these activities are already being worked on and being implemented! AI might even take over jobs that require simple techniques to modern type complex coding. Even it is said to replace delivery boys with the help of drones. This method might be more “efficient and easy” according to some people.
But the way I see it is that we should not take AI for granted and minimize or limit the use of this. It might take over jobs so much that people are replaced and families just can’t earn money. Even people who are not educated can become delivery boys and at least as a part time job they can earn some money but with the use of AI this is completely minimized. Until some answer is seen to these problems, I do not see the benefit of using AI completely.
Technology- It is said that in the future Humans will completely forget about interacting wth other people because of all this technology. Technology will also be the way the loss of life span of humans
Fitness- With AI, social media and different kinds of futuristic tech we will be very lazy and forget to keep ourselves fit. This is gonna be a major problem as fitness is equally important to live. People will also get used to fast food and eventually forget about healthy or regional food. Fast food is also one of the reasons to get very lazy. Ready to eat meals are also becoming the go-to foods in society. We should just “Heat” them to make ourselves a com- plete meal! These foods also contain chemicals and preservatives to hold it for long time.. We should always keep our body fit and eat healthy food for a happy life.
I think that we should not take anything for granted and always keep our screen time minimized. We shouldn’t forget old lifestyles but also keep devel- oping and learning new things. This is a brief explanation of the changes that will occur during these 25 years.

DARCY – THE KIND-HEARTED BOY
Once upon a time, there lived a lively boy named Darcy. He was a well- mannered boy; everyone adored him. His life was perfect: caring parents, a loving sister, true friends, good grades in school, and supportive teachers. Everyone would call him “a bag full of luck”!
One day, a new boy named William joined his school. Darcy saw the new boy standing alone in the hallway. He decided to talk to him. Darcy asked William in a friendly tone, “Hi! Are you new here?”
William replied, “Yes.”
Darcy said, “Welcome! Why are you standing alone?”
William replied coldly, “Because I don’t have any friends. Is this a problem for you?”
Darcy said, “No, I just wanted to know. So, if you don’t have any friends, maybe we can be friends.”
“Sorry, but find someone else to disturb. How come the kids here are so irritating? Ugh!” Saying this, William left.
Darcy felt sad after such an answer, but because of his kind nature, he thought that the new kid might be sad because he had left his old school and might be missing his old friends. So Darcy decided to make him feel comfortable. During lunch, Darcy sat next to William, pretending he had no place to sit.
After one hour, Darcy managed to become a friend of William. William noticed how everyone loved Darcy but not him because of his cold-hearted nature. William had an evil plan. He would go to each of Darcy’s friends and say something bad about him.
After a few days, Darcy noticed that no one was talking to him. He made friends with another person and started looking into the depth of what was going on. He finally found out that this was all William’s fault.
Darcy exposed this in front of everyone. William understood his mistake and said sorry to Darcy. Then all of Darcy’s friends became William’s friends. Then they all lived happily ever after.

POWER RANGERS: RISE OF THE SHADOW STORM
In the city of Silverdale, peace reigned for years under the protection of the Power Rangers. But one stormy night, a mysterious black cloud descended from the mountains. From its darkness emerged a villain known as Lord Umbra, a sorcerer who fed on fear and shadows. His goal was to blanket the world in eternal darkness and drain the planet’s energy for his own power.
At the Silverdale Science Academy, five students were preparing for the annual robotics competition. Liam, the team leader, was brilliant but impa- tient. Maya, the tech genius, could build anything. Ethan, the athlete, loved action. Sofia, the strategist, always thought three steps ahead. And Ryan, the calm artist, found beauty even in chaos.
When a tremor shook the ground, they rushed outside and saw lightning crack through the black clouds. A beam of light appeared before them, re- vealing Zyra, the Guardian of Light. “You five have been chosen,” she said. “Only the Power Rangers can stop Lord Umbra.”
She handed them morphers shaped like glowing crystals. “When darkness rises, let your light shine.”
The teens shouted,
“It’s Morphin Time!”
Liam became the Red Ranger, fierce and brave.
Maya, the Blue Ranger, wise and inventive.
Ethan, the Green Ranger, strong and agile.
Sofia, the Yellow Ranger, quick and tactical.
Ryan, the Pink Ranger, graceful and powerful.
Together, they faced Umbra’s Shadow Drones, creatures of living darkness. The Rangers fought valiantly, combining martial arts with advanced weap- ons forged by Maya. But Umbra was too strong; his energy blasts shattered buildings and spread more darkness.
Realizing brute force wasn’t enough, Sofia suggested uniting their powers. Liam led them into formation, their crystals glowing brighter than before. “Let’s bring the light back!” he yelled. Their combined energy formed the Solar Megazord, a giant robot of shining armor.
The battle raged across Silverdale’s skyline. Umbra summoned a colossal shadow serpent, but the Solar Megazord met it head-on. With teamwork, the Rangers struck with the Solar Beam Cannon, piercing through the darkness. Umbra screamed as his shadow form dissolved into dust.
When the storm cleared, the sun shone once again. Silverdale was safe. But Zyra warned them, “Darkness never disappears completely. It only waits for a moment of weakness.”
The Rangers nodded, understanding their true mission wasn’t just to fight monsters, but to protect hope — the brightest light of all.
Back at the Academy, life returned to normal… almost. The five friends still met every evening, training and improving their bond. They laughed, argued, and helped each other grow stronger — not just as Rangers, but as heroes.
As the sun set behind the mountains, Liam looked at his morpher. “We’re ready for whatever comes next.
Maya smiled. “Because light always wins.”
And together, the Power Rangers stood atop the hill, watching over their city protectors of light in a world that would always need them
THE LEGEND OF ARAVIA
Most called Aravia a legend, but 2 girls named Anu and Nidhi believed legends were only hidden truths. Best friends and dreamers, they longed to find the mythical land everyone else dismissed.
One day, their wish seemed closer than ever. At the edge of a forest, they discovered a stone arch with a glowing symbol. After searching, they learned it was the Aravian Emblem, once used by the people of Aravia. Overjoyed, they ran home, convinced they had found their first real clue.
The next day, while visiting Mrs. Gupta, their neighbour, they noticed the same emblem carved into her door. Curious, they stepped inside and discovered a note:
Dear Anu and Nidhi,
Congratulations—you have found the portal to Aravia. A key is hidden in this house. It is tied to the Aravians. Good luck—I am watching.
Excitement bubbling, the girls searched until they found the key—the very emblem itself.
At sunrise, they placed it in the arch. A blue and purple glow swirled around them as a portal cracked open. With a deep breath, they jumped in.
On the other side was Aravia—a land of shimmering skies, magical forests, and castles of light. At the gates of the largest castle, they were welcomed by the Queen herself—Mrs. Gupta!
She crowned them Princesses of Aravia, and together, they vowed to protect its people and spread joy forever.

WAY TO SUCCESS
Success, something which is in our hands, something everyone longs for. If we obey its rules, it will come to us, but if we don’t, it won’t. This might seem easy at first, but we know that the easy path might not always be successful, and the successful path is not as easy as we imagine. I think of success as a path full of challenges. If we devote our whole life to it, we’ll master the art of success. Think of it as your daily goal of walking 10,000 steps. This might seem easy, but no, not as easy as you think. Many of my dear readers might have tried this for health benefits, and you know what? Even I have. I understand that I am only 11 years old, but who doesn’t want the feeling of satisfaction after being fit? Success is the same; after facing all the challenges, we are finally satisfied with our achievements. At last, I would say that success is like a bitter medicine: it might taste bad at first, but after a few days, we feel better. And, my dear readers, always remember that success is not a game of dolls but a tricky and painful path.

Rhymes & Reflections — Student Poems
Through poetry, our learners find rhythm in thought and voice in feeling. Every verse reveals imagination shaped by reflection.
WHO AM I?
It’s due to me that your body has to shiver
Once I`m in you I can make you quiver
Your heart is scared of me and so is your soul
And I’m respected by all ghosts and ghouls
For centuries, people have been scared of me
One can only imagine as to what I could be
And no I`m not some scary vampire
That always appear during a campfire
Only when you leave me will everything to you be clear
For I am that one emotion called FEAR

LESS POLLUTION, MORE LIFE
Pollution is never good,
in any way you see it.
Air and water pollutions,
they just kill it.
Plants, humans and animals,
they all get harmed.
Pollution makes everything bad,
everyone shall be alarmed.
But we are the reason behind this all,
why is it so?
Because we produce pollution,
garbage all around, don't we throw?
There are also factories,
that release mog.
They are also important,
but not for the cough.
We should save our planet Earth,
or it will turn red.
If we make it worse
it might be the end.
So, we shall take care,
not throw garbage all around.
It should be in the dustbin,
not on the ground.
People suffer through many diseases,
and some might also die.
Because of all this pollution,
can’t we stop, why?
We can’t stop this,
because of human needs.
They neither think about the
environment, nor to do good deeds.
So, we should stop pollution,
in any way we can.
We should try hard,
So that pollution becomes ban.

Not to be said once upon a time,
But now,when I look up
at the clear blue sky,
I see the birds fly
high and high.
Not to be said once upon a time,
But when I stand with my future
holding me by,
I should say with my head held high
that the birds still fly
in the clear blue sky.

STAGE FEAR
Bantu was a little boy,
Not to mention, he was shy.
He had no problem except his ear,
The main thing he feared was stage fear.
Yes, this tiny thing is true,
If you don’t believe, let me show you.
Bantu was an excellent boy,
That teachers used to give him a toy.
Bantu was selected in every performance,
But because of his fear, he would forget the sentence.
This is what Bantu would say,
When he climbed up on the stage:
“Hello, I am Bantu. Um, aaaa, um,
I don’t know what to say.”
But once, when Bantu climbed the stage,
This is what little Bantu said:
“Hello, I am Bantu. This is how I feel on the stage.
Um, I am nervous, I feel scared,
I have a big problem, which I can’t tell.
I think you guessed it,
Stage fear is it.
And I hope
Our teachers will do something about it.”
The teachers listened, kind and wise,
And gave Bantu a big surprise.
Extra classes helped him grow,
His fear went down, his confidence showed.
Now if you meet our Bantu dear,
This is what you’ll happily hear:
“Hello, I am Bantu, and I’m not scared,
I feel brave today, ready and prepared.
I can speak with cheer, I can share my say,
That’s all I have — and I’m okay!”
Bantu grew, brave and true,
And I hope the same for you too.
Everyone has fears to face,
But courage helps us win the race.

The Significance Of School
School is not just a place of learning, but
A place where memories are born.
We learn how to read, write,
And build strong bonds.
We learn how to face challenges and stand strong,
Even amidst the heavy storm.
Our teachers guide us through the heavy rain,
And friends help take care of our pain.
Without school—oh, what does one gain?

THE RAINDROP’S GIFT
A drop of grace falls from above.
With no noisy sounds, no push no shove
I touch the earth with love and care.
It’s nature to us can never compare.
When I seep through the soil
Life blooms around despite turmoil
So, let your kindness like me flow.
The parts around will bloom and grow.
And as I go nature remains
A reminder of gentle rains
So, let it be after I leave.
The earth’s beauty will always weave.

ONE SOLDIER ONE WILL
The army had come,
And they were fearsome
All but one were slain
They had all fought in vain
Thought the lonely man
For them I can
One by One he finished them all
Till the king was left to fall
The king showed his bow
Asking the lone soldier how
They all gave their lives
So that mine could thrive
So I fought alone
For the throne
For they gave their will to survive
So I could be alive
Folks say it was a story
I’d say it was a show of glory
Some men fight
While some take the flight
